Fully assembled
These pre-assembled and factory tested systems are delivered with all components pre-configured, piped and wired. Installation at your plant will be as easy as plug-and-play. Fully assembled systems include: containerized, skid-mounted, compact, or mobile.
Adaptive assembly
For installations in facilities with space restrictions, Deepchill® systems allow for flexible layout of equipment components that adapt to your space. The stand-alone standard blocks are delivered as pre-assembled modules to be installed at site.

A system delivered pre-assembled and factory tested, with all components pre-configured, piped and wired inside standard shipping containers. The system can be located outside your facility, saving valuable space inside the plant.

Mobile
An all-in-one unit, delivered pre-assembled and factory tested on a trailer.
- Provides Deepchill® generation, storage and delivery wherever and whenever needed
- Operable under a wide range of ambient conditions
- Ideal for ice pigging applications where very high fractions of slurry ice is required on the road
- Can supply Deepchill® to numerous plants and harvesting sites
- Remote monitoring regardless of job-site location
- Optional power generator and/or external power source

Modular Deepchill® systems allow for flexible layout of equipment components that adapt to your space. The stand-alone standard blocks are delivered as pre-assembled modules to be installed at any available location at site.
- Provides flexible installation where stand-alone standard blocks adapt to space restrictions (i.e. modular blocks can be installed in separate locations if needed)
